What is the delivery time for my order?
If you order from By-Elevate, the delivery time may differ from what you are used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can significantly save on storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer our products at competitive prices. The average delivery time is 2 to 5 working days (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays).

What should I do if I have not yet received my order?
Due to the high demand for our products, your order may arrive slightly later than expected. We appreciate your understanding for this. If the indicated period has passed and you still have not received anything, please send an email to info@by-elevate.com. We will investigate the status of your package for you.

How do I exchange/return my order?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@by-elevate.com. Please include your name, order number (e.g. #0000 from your confirmation email) and the reason for the return. We will give you the return address and confirm the return. After confirmation, you can return the product to us with a courier of your choice.

What are the return costs?
Unfortunately, return shipping is at your own expense and the costs depend on the chosen courier. Check the website of your preferred courier for more information about prices.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
There is always a return period of 14 days from the day you received the item. However, there are conditions for returning the item:

  • The return period has not expired.
  • The product is in the original packaging with all labels attached.
  • The product has not been used.
